How much salt does your water softener need?
A standard home water softener consumes between 4 and 10 kg of salt for each regeneration, depending on the hardness of the local water and the capacity of the system. With hard water (such as that of Frosinone, Latina, southern Rome and many areas of Lazio), regenerations are more frequent. NEOSAL is available in a 25 kg format, the ideal quantity for 2–3 months of use on a standard domestic system.

- does not form salt bridges in the tank (bridging)
- does not leave mud on the bottom (mushing)
- does not saturate the resin prematurely
