The machine is equipped with a unique and innovative system patented by Zerica, production of refrigerated water with an "open circular ice bank" with stainless steel cold water coil and stainless steel carbonated water coil, a tank completely in stainless steel for refrigerating the 12-litre water...
..where real ice rings up to 4cm thick form which allow you to dispense very cold water (unlike normal fridge/carbonators) and since this water ends up in the carbonator,
the quality of the sparkling water is definitely high quality! (the colder the water, the better the carbonation).
Furthermore, the machine is already set up for a cold water recirculation system in case it is placed more than 3 meters from the dispensing column tap, in order to always preserve immediate cold water.
